If you have learned any of the aforementioned programs but have not been practicing regularly, please get in touch with the teacher. She will provide you with appropriate guidance regarding your eligibility.



Bhastrika Kriya Workshop  $120


  • Suitable for ages 14 and above.
  • Not suitable for people with Vertigo.
  • Not suitable for pregnant women or those trying to conceive.
  • Not suitable for anyone that has had a major open surgery within the last 6 months or anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery or any severe muscular injury within the last 6 weeks.
