Guided Sadhna Session: Upa Yoga every 1st Friday 7:00 – 8:15pm

Join us for an energizing 1-hour and 15-minute session that’s all about boosting your well-being. We’ll start with a guided Upa Yoga practice where you’ll flow through different postures, feeling refreshed and revitalized.

After the invigorating yoga session, we’ll take a deep dive into meditation if time allows. It’s a chance to unwind, find inner peace, and recharge your mind and body.

This session is only for those who have already learned Upa-Yoga. (Pre-registration is Mandatory as there are limited spots)

Joining a guided session helps identify and eliminate these habits, refreshing your practice for optimal effectiveness.

Engaging in a group setting and practicing in a dedicated space provides a supportive environment to reinvigorate your practice. It’s a great way to reignite enthusiasm and commitment. During the session, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions and delve into additional content, enhancing your learning experience.

If you’re resuming your practice after a break, this guided session is ideal for reestablishing your routine. However, if it’s been a while since you practiced or if you’re uncertain about your progress, it’s advisable to contact the teacher beforehand for personalized guidance.
